Hiring equipment
When you hire equipment from Shopmobility Renfrewshire, you confirm that:

You understand the equipment remains the property of Shopmobility Renfrewshire and is issued on a hire basis only.

You understand that you take responsibility of the equipment while it is in your possession and will return it as it was given.

You understand that if the equipment is damaged or lost you will be responsible for covering the cost to repair or replace it.

You can safely use the equipment.
Maximum weight capacity
You must adhere to the following weight restrictions (including loaded items) for our scooters:

Repairing equipment
When you request an equipment repair from Shopmobility Renfrewshire, you confirm that:

I understand all repair work is subject to physical inspection of the equipment.

I understand that repairs will only be carried out once we have discussed and agreed on the costs with you

Repair fee payment must be made in full on completion of repair. If payment is refused, we have the right to retain your equipment until this is resolved.

You understand it is your responsibility to provide as accurate as possible details of faults with equipment before repairs can commence.
30 day guarantee
We offer a limited 30-day guarantee on equipment repairs. If we repair your equipment and the same fault occurs within 30 days of the repair date, you can return the equipment to us and subject to inspection we will repair it at no extra cost.
